ABOUT US
AGE are a Lithuanian rock and blues band from Marijampolė, South Lithuania, formed in 1998. The band consists of Giedrius Katilius (lead vocals, keyboards), Algis Bendaravičius (bass guitar), and Miroslaw Korycki (drums, percussion).
AGE plays live in various styles of cover music as well as original works. It is actively involved in various community activities, festivals and projects in Lithuania, Germany, Poland and Norway, performs at city festivals, clubs and parties.
The band has been very active over the years, blending rock and blues in their music while engaging with various communities and audiences. With a diverse lineup of past members, they have quite a rich history and a range of influences shaping their sound. Past members include Ričardas Motiejūnas, Georgijus Mosteikis, Greta Švedkauskė, Ričardas Sutkus, Jolanta Vaitkienė, Tomasz Kierejsza, Vaida Aleksa, Robertas Dusevičius, Ernestas Bruzbartas, Marius Franckevičius, etc.

AGE has taken their music beyond their local borders, engaging in various international projects and collaborations, which have allowed them to connect with audiences worldwide. Through these endeavors, they've had the chance to explore different musical styles and gain fresh perspectives on their craft, enriching their artistic journey.
In particular, festivals have played a significant role in AGE's global presence. They have played in Suwalki Blues Festival, Country Vei, Visagino Country, Augustowskie Motonoce, Liolingos Fiesta, Liudvinavo Naktys, Radviliskis Gyvai, Rusnes Festivalis, Sielos, Rock Shanty Serwy, Podlaski Maraton Bluesowy, etc. These events not only provide a platform for the band to showcase their talents to diverse audiences but also serve as opportunities to network with fellow musicians and industry professionals from around the world. For AGE, participating in festivals isn't just about performing; it's about celebrating cultural diversity and sharing their Lithuanian heritage with a global audience.

AGE's remarkable performances have graced a multitude of prestigious events worldwide, spanning special New Year celebrations, blues workshops, and charity fundraisers. In 2017, they kicked off the spectacular Museum Night event at the Light Sculpture Park 'White Night' in Paežeriai manor, Lithuania, where their music set the stage for installations of light sculptures depicting various aspects of the manor's history. AGE's philanthropic spirit shone bright as they participated in charity fundraisers such as 'We Are Not Indifferent' in Copenhagen, Denmark, in 2017, raising funds for the Children's Welfare Center "Pastogė" in Kaunas, Lithuania. They also took part in the 2017 Charity Fundraiser 'Pupasodis Gyvai' in Lithuania, directing their efforts towards supporting the disabled sports club 'Alytupis' in Alytus. Notably, AGE had the distinct honor of performing at the iconic Biker Club SIENA's 20th Anniversary celebration in 2018, marking yet another milestone in their career.
